CONCERT GROUP LOGISTICS ENTERS DIVERSITY
PARTNERSHIP

May 9, 2005, Downers Grove, Ill.—Concert Group Logistics (CGL)
has entered into a “diversity partnership agreement” with Stilwell,
Oklahoma-based 3Li, a native American-owned, certified Small
Business. 3Li is also a qualified participant in the Small Business
Administration’s HUBZone economic development program, which
is designed to help “historically underutilized business zones.”

Under terms of the new agreement with CGL, 3Li will pursue
transportation logistics opportunities with companies and
government agencies that seek to meet their diversity goals by
doing business with minority-owned and disadvantaged
businesses. CGL will become the operating partner.

“By partnering with us,” says Michael Doublehead, President of 3Li,
“CGL offices around the country can now offer value-added services
to their customers. They now have a minority business partner with
a proven track record in a number of industries, such as
telecommunications, engineering and aerospace. In CGL, we have
a partner that is aggressive and growing rapidly, one that has
visionary management and years of experience in moving freight.”

Companies have long sought to work with minority-owned
businesses, Doublehead points out. This is particularly true of
government contractors. “Boeing has had a supplier diversity office
for more than 50 years. The government grades their suppliers on
how they meet their diversity goals, and we help companies meet
those goals.”

Concert Group Logistics Chief Operating Officer Gerry Post said his
company has been approached before by firms offering to open the
door to minority-owned businesses. They chose 3Li because, “We’
re always looking for opportunities to work with minority
businesses, and we think the skills and experience of Mike and his
team make 3Li a good fit.”

As one of the fastest growing companies in the logistics and
transportation business, Concert Group Logistics is earning a
reputation for performance. The company’s policy of local
ownership is one key to that performance. For more information on
